Spreadtrum is newly established CPU local China factory, also highly focus at smart phone, with the relative lower price. If the smartphone comes 8 cores of below, Spreadtrum is still a wise choice, due to the stable production line join-venture alike with Intel.

Personally, the current good IDH are still got prefer to MTK, Indeed, due to their wise sales and fast support especially its FastPass service and always help their customer to realize the design and match to the international market. For example, currently, Google are going to insist to the MADA, and MTK help more factories who are supposed cannot meet Google standard yo optimize their standard to meet Google's standard. In the coming Feb. 2018, Android may stop the Android APP as soon as the smart phone is no longer the MADA smart phone, where will alert the user to OTA their smart phone to decide if their is MADA or not.

Such activity are supposed to complete on August 2017, Google keeps the delay for filtering more factories to enter their GMS standard by launching them the MADA, in the future, Google will list all of their authorized GMS factories in their site say as Google-Legal smart phone factories due to own their MADA.

Currently, there are 4 3PL firms that recognized from Google, one of them is MTK, after passed all necessary testing procedure, get that 3PL to delivery the phone say as Google-Legally delivery to the market and get the OTA from Google. Any smart phone can run fast and faster and keep to accelerate, however, the disadvantage is that the smart phone would be as hot as up to near 70 degree Celsius, and the power consumption would be also too fast to use up. So, how's the best structure of a smart phone? ARM provide the percentage to balance the limited resources of a smart phone hardware design.
